I started at the Training Ground a few months ago now. From the moment I walked in, I could tell it was different from other personal training I’d tried before; it is such a positive, motivating environment! They work with you to fit training around your schedule as much as possible and go at a pace that will bring progress, but also a pace you feel ready to go. All of the trainers know my name and make a point to say hello when I walk in, even though I don’t work personally with them! It is a wonderful feeling and one you don’t get just anywhere. 

I have noticed not only a physical change, but a mental change, as well, since my first day. I am more confident, I stand taller, and am more comfortable within myself. My trainer Reggie has made training a fun challenge I enjoy coming to throughout the week and never plans a session to be the same as the one before! He always has a smile on his face and we usually end up laughing our way through the work out. He pushes me to work hard and genuinely wants to help me succeed. I truly couldn’t have picked a better trainer- Heather, the manager and a true ray of sunshine herself, definitely did well when pairing us together! I look forward to continuing my training at the Training Ground and working hard toward my goals!

“When I started at Training Ground in September I still had a lot of knee pain, even after physical therapy. Going up and down stairs or carrying anything up stairs was challenging. In June, I was telling my trainer, Keren, how much better my knees are since we have been training for 9 months and how happy I am with the progress.”

“As a golf professional, I’ve been able to increase my clubhead speed and swing more efficiently. With the help of Steve and his TPI background, we have identified weak areas that sometimes cause pain and strengthened those areas to a point that the pain is almost completely gone.

More importantly, my precision is better and my clubhead speed has improved by at least 3 MPH, which translates to about 20-30 yards! I couldn’t be happier with the results.”

“Training Ground is great. Terrific facilities and excellent trainers. I have trained with Steve and Keren and both are really good at personalizing each workout to meet my needs and varying the moves to engage and challenge me. While I look forward to getting back to Training Ground, Keren has done an outstanding job of virtual training. All we need are a few dumbbells, some stretch bands and a yoga mat for floor work. Add a chair to help with balance and we are all set. I highly recommend Training Ground.”
