Initial Nutrition Consultation
This package is the ultimate coaching session for anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness. It includes a full assessment of your body composition, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors, as well as a personalized Trainerize account for meal tracking and on-going virtual support from your coach. You will also receive an InBody scan that measures your weight, body fat percentage, muscle mass, hydration level, and basal metabolic rate, and learn how to optimize them for your goals. You will get a comprehensive education on nutrition, chronic disease prevention, and performance enhancement, as well as a 30-minute follow up coaching session to monitor your progress and make adjustments as needed. This package will give you the knowledge, skills, and support you need to achieve your health and fitness goals.
Additional Nutrition Coaching
You’ve completed the Initial Nutrition package and learned the basics of healthy eating. Now you’re ready to take your nutrition to the next level and achieve your goals faster and easier. That’s why we offer two coaching options to help you stay on track, overcome any obstacles, and celebrate your progress. You can choose from:
Monthly Support: Get regular check-ins with your coach, either virtually or in-person, to discuss your progress, challenges, and feedback. You’ll also get an updated InBody scan every month to measure your body composition and track your changes. Your coach will review and recommend your dietary intake based on your goals and preferences, and help you plan your meals and snacks. You’ll also set realistic and achievable targets and strategies for the next month with your coach’s guidance and support.
Single Check-Ins: Need a quick boost of motivation or advice? Book a single check-in with your coach, either virtually or in-person, whenever you need it. You’ll get the same benefits as the monthly support option, but without the commitment. Whichever option you choose, you’ll get the personalized attention and support you need to make your nutrition work for you. Meet Our Nutritionists
Llarance is a PhD Candidate in Nutritional Sciences at Howard University, where he has taught nutrition courses and presented at various conferences. He has a Master of Science in Health and Human Performance from Texas Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality from Lamar University.
Llarance has a passion for nutrition, fitness, and wellness. He has developed and implemented a campus-wide wellness and fitness program at Lamar University, which was featured on a local news station. He has also served as a personal chef and nutrition coach for multiple NFL and NBA players, as well as Division 1 college athletes. He founded a healthy meal prepping company that catered to different goals and needs.
Llarance holds several certifications in sports nutrition, food management, strength and conditioning, weightlifting, and personal training. He has extensive experience in working with athletes, students, and clients from diverse backgrounds and goals. He is committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals through evidence-based and personalized coaching.
Jen is a Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer who loves to help others achieve a balanced and sustainable lifestyle. She grew up playing multiple sports in Connecticut, where she developed a passion for fitness. She graduated college with a degree in Marketing, but she soon realized that a 9-5 desk job was not for her. She decided to follow her dream and become a personal trainer, using her experience as a small group trainer and group exercise instructor in college. She now holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine as both a Nutrition Coach and a Personal Trainer.
Jen will provide you with a unique combination of nutrition and fitness guidance that will boost your confidence and satisfaction. She will help you transform your body and mind by enhancing your food habits, avoiding extreme diets, and breaking through mental obstacles. She will also teach you how to improve your self-discipline, happiness, and balance - her main priority and the reason why she is a perfect fit at TG!
