Golf Performance Assessment (TPI)
TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Assessment is the first step to eliminating the physical limitations on your Golf Body. Led by Steve Evans Jr., CSCS and TPI certified specialist, the TPI Assessment will take you through the foundational measurements to assess your physical state in relation to the golf swing. This 16-point, low impact test will help us measure your body-swing connection and guide us to the best path forward. You and your coach will review any restrictions identified in the way your golf body moves within your swing so that we can accurately prescribe a program that will not only greatly improve your golf body mechanics but will also massively decrease the risk of injuries associated with your golf game.
Olympic Weightlifting
For athletes new and experienced in performing the snatch and the clean & jerk, the Olympic Weightlifting Technique Session is a 60-minute session that drills proper technique to establish effective and safe execution of the Olympic lifts. Athletes will have the chance to address bad habits while establishing better ones towards the development of athletic speed and explosive power.
This session is led by USA Weightlifting Level 2 coach, Steve Evans.
Boxing Technique
For athletes new and experienced in boxing, the Boxing Technique Session is a 60 minute session that drills proper fundamentals to establish effective boxing technique. Athletes will have the opportunity to learn and improve punching, footwork, and movement patterns.
